“CSITSA stirred up my interest in solving problems with software back in school. When I had just started learning how to program, the association organized several web and mobile development seminars, and an app challenge. These events fueled my passion to get better at programming. Later on, when I got the privilege to serve as President of CSITSA, working with Dr. Peter Appiahene and Dr. Benjamin Weyori, and an astute team of executives, they helped build my leadership and communication skills which have armed me with the competency to work effectively within an international team as a Software Engineer at a leading multinational health tech startup.”

Samuel Obeng

“Whiles in school I knew I had to do a lot if I wanted to be better than everyone. I was lucky to be in a department full of mentors and lecturers readily available and patient enough to listen and guide me through certain stages of my academic pursuit. CSITSA made my dreams come true. It built a bigger network which helped me learn from lots of people and develop myself personally. The routine seminars, webinars, leadership training, and skills training organized helped me in unimaginable ways. These programs helped me improve on my strengths and also enabled me to work on my weaknesses”
