The vision of the Department is to produce highly skilled professionals in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science and related programmes and to empower students to demonstrate, articulate and value the acquired knowledge and skills. Among the core activities of the Department is to design programmes that conform to international best practices; provide teaching and research, and roll out more undergraduate and postgraduate training programmes.
