The BSc Nursing program at UENR is a four-year course sequence. Students can apply to the Department of Nursing after meeting the entering requirements of the university and passing an interview by the department. We also have the weekend top-up stream structured to cater for the needs of Registered Nurses who need upgrade into bachelor degree.
The BSc Nursing students will participate in practical demonstration and interactive simulations using state-of-the-art technology and work under the supervision of clinical experts each semester to provide hands-on care to individuals, families, or communities. Our students are prepared to complete with self-confidence for tasks ahead. Our staff are motivated to ensure that our graduates pass the licensure exam by the Nurses and Midwifery Council (NMC) on their first attempt.
Our graduates are empowered to meet the market demands of health and to bridge the gaps in nursing. They will be able to care for patients, train future nurses, and participate in trailblazing research that will transform healthcare, improve wellbeing, and advance nursing practice.
